Scientists say they have solved the mystery of how a girl with half a brain has near perfect vision in one eye.

A 10-year-old girl born with half a brain, from Germany, has the power of both a right and left eye in the single organ in the only known case of its kind in the world.

Mac OS X Snow Leopard (version 10.6) is the seventh major release of Mac OS X, Apple’s desktop and server operating system. The new OS comes with a lot of great and amazing features. As with most upgrades of Mac OS, new wallpapers are available. Though i don’t own or have a Mac, one thing i love most about Apple is their designs. It’s simple, sleek and elegant.

When I was reading a newspaper last week, I was fascinated by a fact on Ripley’s Believe It or Not that scientists are developing echolocation for humans. I was curious about it because I thought it is impossible to do (except of course of Ben Underwood) so I searched for it and I found out that a team of researchers from the University of Alcalá de Henares (UAH) has shown scientifically that human beings can develop echolocation, 

Researchers from Oxford University discovered that the consumption of burgers, kebabs, chips and other high-fat food could make a person dumb. While carrying out their experiments on rats, scientists found that in about 10 days the high-fat diet managed to damage their short-term memory and had a negative effect on their mental capacity. In addition, the diet reduced the rodents’ ability to exercise. Such outcomes were dubbed “high-fat hangover”.
